ORDERS:
When will my order ship?
We strive to do our best in getting a TOP quality product to you. Every product is made to order, we don’t carry stocks. All orders are generally prepared and shipped within 5-8 business days of being placed. Orders over $ 100 will take longer to ship. Please plan accordingly, contact us if you need your order sooner.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends, holidays and Fridays as to try to avoid our products sitting on a shipping/delivery truck over the weekend.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we don’t at this moment.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders ship from Katy, TX USA.
Do you accept returns?
Because of the perishable nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns on many items. However, if there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will do what we can to make it right. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our full return policy in our Terms & Policies.

INGREDIENTS:
Do you use artificial preservatives?
Our line of products under the brand MeSauce Naturals are 100% natural, no preservatives or artificial ingredients are used.
Do you use MSG (Monosodium glutamate)?
No, we don’t use MSG in any of our products.
Do MeSauce products contain Soy?
No, we don’t use soybean oil or any soy-derived ingredient in our products.
Do MeSauce products contain High-Fructose Corn Syrup?
No, we don’t use HFCS in any of our products.
Are the Eggs used in your Sweet Chili dressing pasteurized?
Yes. The egg yolk used in Sweet Chili is pasterurized.
PACKAGING:
Are the plastic bottles BPA-free?
Yes, we use BPA-free PET bottles (Bisphenol A is a chemical sometimes used in the manufacture of certain plastics. According to our supplier, Bisphenol A was not used in the manufacture of the bottle we use). We are making plans to switch to glass bottles to minimize our environmental impact.
Are all of your stand-up pouches biodegradable or compostable?
We use ECO-friendly COMPOSTABLE stand-up pouch bags, which means our bags are made from 100% compostable materials. They are also FDA approved to come into contact with food. We refer to them as our green bags.
They will break down over time and will reduce our impact on the planet.
PRODUCTS:
I see some water or oil separation in my dressing, is this normal?
Yes, dressings may separate naturally or if exposed to freezing conditions. Shake well for best taste.
Where should I store my products?
All products should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry place. Avoid heat and light. Avoid freezing conditions. Dressings and Vinaigrettes has to be stored under refrigeration conditions after opening.
Our Super Oils should be kept refrigerated for optimal sensory and functional properties.
Are your products gluten-free?
All ingredients used in our products are INHERENTLY free of gluten, however our products are NOT gluten-free certified yet. Our products are made in a shared facility, necessary precautions are taken to prevent exposure during mixing, packaging, and storage. We are planning to start performing routine testing on our products to ensure that they meet the FDA requiments for gluten-free certification.
Which allergens are present in your products?
We understand the challenges facing the community of people who struggle with food allergies or food sensitivities in their lives. MeSauce’s Kitchen does not use any wheat or wheat-derived product, soy, peanuts, fish or shellfish.
Our Sweet Chili dressing contains EGGS, MILK.
All allergen or nutritional information provided is simply a best faith effort to serve our customers.
Are your products USDA organic certified?
No. A claim “Made with organic ingredients” is present on the label for those products that contain organic ingredients. We don’t have the scale yet to afford an organic certification. We rely on supplier’s documentation and certificates to verify the organic condition of the ingredients.
Can I find your products at my local retail store?
No, we only sell on our online store.

About MeSauce:
Does MeSauce have any affliations with charitable causes?
Yes, it does. We spent some time researching about the non-profit organizations that are in our area in order to identify the one that makes the best match with our values, principles, and believes.
We chose House of Hope (Casa de Esperanza de los Niños), located in Houston. We strongly encourage you to visit its website and learn about their different programs and ways in which you can contribute/donate. We are waiting for approval to disclose our agreement, however MeSauce (Salsas Venezolanas USA LLC) has started to donate.
What’s the story behind the name “MeSauce”?
It means a lot to us, in memory of our beloved friend Paco, he would always say “where the Heck is Me Sauce?” (Donde coño esta mi salsa?) while grilling a steak on his backyard. It’s kind of a tribute to him !
