Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is shown on our website. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product.

We reserve the right to refuse service/order to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Products may be purchased while supplies last. If a Product is listed at an incorrect quantity or price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that Product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and even if your account has been charged (in which event we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge).

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

The products and the claims made about specific products on or through this site have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration and are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Some products may contain milk, egg, Crustacean shellfish, Solanaceae, fish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, nightshade, soybeans, and/or gluten.

MeSauce, its affiliates, associates, employees, suppliers, etc. will not be held responsible for any negative effects caused by or associated with the use of our products.

Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments. 

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

Contests, Promotions, Sweepstakes, Auctions. From time to time, we may conduct promotions on or through MeSauce.com or Community Sites/Social Media, including, but not limited to, auctions, contests or sweepstakes (“Promotions”). Each Promotion may have Additional Terms, which will be posted or otherwise made available to you, and for purposes of each Promotion, will be deemed incorporated into this Agreement. It is your responsibility to read and abide by the Additional Terms.

The copyright in all material provided on this Site is held by MeSauce or by the original creator of the material. None of the material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of MeSauce or the copyright owner.

MESAUCE (SALSAS VENEZOLANAS USA, LLC) IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY REASON FOR ANY DAMAGES, MEDICAL EXPENSES, LOSS, SICKNESS, OR INJURY THAT ACCOMPANY OR RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF ITS PRODUCTS, SITES, INFORMATION, PRODUCT LABELS, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, LINKS, RECOMMENDATIONS, REPRESENTATIVES ADVICE, OR SUGGESTIONS. MESAUCE (SALSAS VENEZOLANAS USA LLC) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, MEDICAL BILLS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN.

THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES THEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAW.
